You should check http://appdb.winehq.org for tips whenever you try a new app. http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=10754 says that your first app needs msvcp60.dll. The best way to get this is to download and run http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks and use it to install vcrun6. http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=3782 has a little guide to using Guitar Pro.
