Please try to run the mentioned applications all with the same wineprefix as mentioned above.
If you continue to experience problems, I strongly suggest copying the missing dll files from a working windows install to your system32 folder.WINEPREFIX=${HOME}/.ies4linux/ie6
Remember, use the IEs4Linux system32, not the ".wine" one.
