Yup.  That's http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9623
This is why the howto at
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=2631
says
"Before installing Photoshop, you should first install the times32
font and the Visual C 6 runtimes with the following commands:
wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks
sh winetricks corefonts vcrun6
This will prevent the most common causes of trouble while installing
or running."

So blow away your .wine, install corefonts into wine, and then
reinstall, and you should be ok.
