It seems, that you have an old wine registry.
please use "wine regedit" and delete the entries at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\SurrentControlSet\Control\Print
wine rebuild all needed entries

When your app still does not print, please create a log:
WINEDEBUG="+winspool,+print,+tid,+commdlg,+process" \
wine your_app.exe 2>&1 | tee log.txt
