I diff'ed all files belonging to wine. There were four difference in /usr/bin/. (I didn't write them down stupid enough). I copied these different files over to my laptop /usr/bin. I removed my wine config (rm -rf .wine). Reconfigured wine, reinstalled ptgui (that works always by the way) and then started ptgui.
