Good point. We could add a comment about the need for installing cabextract, of course.


I'll hapilly update the how-to as soon as there is a definitive answer
as on how to run Internet Explorer (i.e. what overrides are needed).

As for the installation, the main problem is a bug in Microsoft server
(see Bug #5409

Read the bug again. My problem om my FC4 machine is not releated to the MS server problem. Wine doesn't even try to contact the net.


A patch to add inseng.dll to Wine has been sent friday, it'll make
downloading of inseng.dll not necessary anymore.

many people might not be aware of that you can download inseng.dll from
dll-files.com etc. The Howto doesn't give you any hint on this...

The how-to has a direct link to the file, just click on inseng.dll.
