I think wine doesn't know to look for it at the moment.. I renamed it
and the problem remained exactly the same, so I'd guess that the
manifest file was ignored.
IMO, that's not something a file which isn't found, but rather the
loading mechanism checking the actual version of a DLL required from the
manifest, for which we return another version (or checksum or signature).
