we already have it, even if it isnt as user-friendly as it could:

WINEPREFIX=$HOME/myapp1 
wine "C:\Program Files\myapp1\myapp1.exe"

this is as simple as reading the wine manual page,
and WINEPREFIX is the first in the list.

I wouldnt give wine administrative priviledges, 
as it can access to / even if a drive hasnt been defined for it.
