I am attempting to follow the install howto for MS Office XP pro and I
am confused.

I used winetools to setup my config and so I am not sure if I can skip
the dcom98.exe section since I installed dcom98.exe with winetools.

I assumed it was ok to skip and moved on to the msiexecw.exe section.
When I attempt "wine msiexecw.exe" I get a blank window with an ok button.
Reruning, using "WINEDEBUG="fixme-all" WINEDLLOVERRIDES="" setarch
i386 wine d:instmsi.exe" gets a little farther but I get an error
about "insufficient privileges to modify this file:
c:\Config.msi\529.rbf"

The file exists, but is a link to a file in /usr that my wine user
does not have direct access to.

What is a good fix to this? I can think of a couple things to try
with permisions, but I don't want to open my machine to an attack by
mucking things up.
