Dudes....(and dudettes who knows?!)
 
i continued to struggle with wine, but still......NO SOUND!!! i'm using ALSA bc i thought that that could be the problem....i was using aRts. any ideas?? (currently running kernel 2.6.8 -686

I doubt I could fix your problem but it think it would help if you would
also post what window manager and wine versions you are using.

I use FC4 with Gnome and sound in Starcraft works fine for me -- just
the graphics update way to slow to play the game.
