When you write a request from help, before sending it, try to read it
from the point of view of someone who might try and help you. And
just in case you don't know - we're all here voluntarily and noone is
going to bother to hold your hand all the way through: you'll have to
do the basic troubleshooting yourself.

So, with that said, here's a couple of suggestions of more information
that you should provide.

1.)
Your description of what you're trying to do is very vague.
What is it exactly that does not work?
All saving of .wav files does not work?
Or is it recording a .wav from microphone/line in?
Something else?
If it's a very specific thing that doesn't work, provide detailed
guidelines showing how to reproduce the problem.

2.)
If a trial version is available, you should provide a link to the
application so others can try and reproduce your problem.

3.)
Run the program from a console window instead of double-clicking the exe file.
That way you'll get output on the console which tells you what doesn't
seem to work.
If you're missing a feature, you can watch for "fixme" lines.
If you're looking at an error, you'll want to filter out "fixme"'s and
look for "err" lines.
