Hi again, I knew that a "nocd" patch could do the job, but i had that game working without it, and it's a little frustating to have to crack a game you bought! ;-) I think the problem is the copy protection... I am running a 2.4.26 kernel. I grabbed a CVS snapshot yesterday and upgraded my kernel to 2.4.31, but it didn't solve the problem. I saw posts about it on the mailing lists archives, but it was a 2.6 kernel issue...
