It may be possible at some point, though. As I understand it, the long-term goal of the Darwine[1] project is to integrate Wine and QEMU to get x86 binaries running on PPCs.

Wine doesn't emulate the Intel processor, it only tries to provide Windows compatibility on Intel (and compatible) processors. Since Macs use PowerPC CPUs, not Intel or AMD CPUs, it won't work for you. It would be the equivalent of trying to install Windows on your Mac. It's simply not designed to work there.
