assuming that your wine works, i.e. wine notepad shows up, I suggest to change to the program dir. I had some problems starting programs with spaces in the path.

Though I am not getting any error message, the program is not getting started.
Can anybody please help
PS : I am using Wine 20040813 which is available with Suse9.2
