You have to use Notes 6.5.1 Update to
this version first under Windows before you copy it to your Wine-Drive.

My Notes client is 6.5.1?
Sorry, didn't get that. Then you just copy the Notes directory from you
Win partition to ~/.wine/drive_c/where_ever_you_want and change the
notes.ini to the appropriate path. Start it and have fun!
