The exe calls some functions that aren't implemented in wine. Maybe you're using some native dlls (Dlls from a real microsoft windows system) that call these functions. In this case, try running wine without these dlls, it may help. If the dlls are called by the exe, maybe you've set winver (The windows version that wine will emulate) to xp, or nt, or 2000. In this case, try setting the windows version to windows 98, or 95. If none of these hints help, your program won't work until someone implements the missing functions. Most of the functions aren't documented by Microsoft, so it will take some reverse engineering, that mean that it could be a long time before your program works.
