me too.  I upgraded from 20031016 wine to wine-20040309-1rh8winehq.   
Unfortunately, it's not just trying to attach files, but also trying to 
read some emails.

I was pleased that Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V clipboard stuff works now (I had to 
use the menus before) but I suspect the change is causing this problem.
