Maybe setting this to a previous version of windows could help. Lots of programs
use winxp exclusive features if they run on win xp, but these features are not
implemented in wine. So setting this to win98 may help, at least it has worked
for a few programs I've tried.

Lots of dlls don't need to be here. dlls such as ntdll.dll and kernel32.dll can
only be builtin, a list of the builtin only dlls is at
