why no winebrowser in rpms?

I've just rebuilt 20040121 from the src rpm. i see:

warning: Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
   /usr/bin/winebrowser


Is this intentional? It appears the prior rpms don't have winebrowser 
either. Should they? What is it?
