I think it's not in the package. First it doesn't appear in my PATH. second I did:
tar -tzf /Downloads/wine/Wine-20031118-i686-S9.tgz | grep -i "tk"


and the result was nothing.

If u want I can publish the list of the the whole package. BTW, can I find winesetuptk elsewhere??

Set wine to use your real win partition. You can do this with winesetuptk, it's
on the same page where you got the wine package.
