There should be a kernel module with the CDFS support:

# mount -t cdfs -o ro /dev/cdrom /cdrom
# ls /cdrom
total 0
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 643895296 Jan 4 1935 sessions_1-7.iso
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 114130844 Jul 24 21:37 track-01.wav
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 94726844 Jul 24 21:37 track-02.wav
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 115189244 Jul 24 21:37 track-03.wav
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 97372844 Jul 24 21:37 track-04.wav
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 106192844 Jul 24 21:37 track-05.wav
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 211150844 Jul 24 21:37 track-06.wav

(this is a CD with one iso9660 and six audio tracks)
I know it's not exactly what you need, but it's a step toward the
solution ;-)
