That thing isn't even installed on this system. Plain Wine doesn't have a pulse driver, but some distros package an unofficial and unsupported winepulse driver, and it sounds like yours might be one of them. If that's the case, start by uninstalling it. If it still doesn't work, run a regression test and file a bug.
