Actually, for MacOSX users, I recommend either MacPorts or Fink.  They
both install required dependencies for building/usine Wine.  This is,
of course, after installing and updating XCode.

If you have experience working with using scripts within terminal,
there is the osxwinebuilder script.  Google for it..
