well noone replied back on the winetricks forums and hence i posted it over here after searching for it .. Anywho, this is the ONLY solution, I found yet for this situation [dint have time for debugging et all]- * reloaded the cloud machine's OS .. same specs .. but instead installed wine1.2, and everything just went perfect .. maybe the fact that wine1.3 is still beta, not really sure but wine1.2 worked flawlessly .. hope it helps someone in the future ..
