It looks like you haven't configured a COM1 in your ~/.wine/config ,
like:

| [serialports]
| "Com1" = "/dev/ttyS0"

If you did that and still get these messages, run with --debugmsg +comm
and try to figure out what is wrong or post the messages up to these.
