ChangeLog: changes wsock32 to use the new iphlpapi for interface and route enumeration in WsControl. Behavioral changes: - loopback interfaces no longer appear in winipcfg.exe. This is deliberate, they don't appear in Win9x either. - virtual interfaces do appear in winipcfg.exe.
