DXCapsViewer from DX 8.1 SDK got caught up in infinitive loops without this; it was because EnumPorts () was supposed to return error when no ports are available. I've added caps for one imaginary port, just because I wanted DXCapsViewer to display something... If someone has ideas how to implement drivers further, please tell me...
