ImageList - dirty hack

Fix ImageList_Read. This hopefully fixes these ugly images mostly on tool bars.
I'll continue to work on ImageList since ImageList_Replace, ImageList_Add,
ImageList_GetImageInfo and perhaps some other functions doesn't work right.
