revised direct sound capture patches

This revised patch set addresses the comments I got on
the previous patch set.

include.diff:    include/dsdriver.h
    fixes a parameter type

tests.diff:    dlls/dsound/tests/dsound.c dlls/winmm/tests/wave.c
    fixes direct sound capture test to handle notifications properly
    don't give error when driver not present
    minor cleanups
    add waveIn tests to winmm

dsound.diff:
    fixes code to handle full duplex properly
    adds support for capture driver (disabled)

wineoss.diff:    dlls/winmm/wineoss/audio.c
    capture thread checks queue for more headers before giving error
    capture driver work started
