Hello
I found a small bug in RtlFindMostSignificantBit.
It worked correct if just one bit was set, but returns
wrong results if several bits were set.
BTW: This is the only way I can send email (Office account
using Lotus notes). If it is really unuseable, please
complain. Otherwise please accept the patch.
