sound3d improvements

According to my physics book, formula i used for distance attuneation was a
bit too complicated and not correct. This one seems to be ok, although
problem is that some sounds don't appear, but i guess that's "buffer
underrun" problem (can somebody fix it please?).

ChangeLog:
    Reimplemented distance attuneation formula
    Removed conning formula since i believe it's inappropriate
