Yes, the type NEWTEXTMETRICEX[AW] doesn't have
a {P,LP}NEWTEXTMETRICEX[AW] variant. Neither
in the Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 header nor
in the latest version of the Microsoft SDK. :-(
