From my point of view, rewind is the worst one.
because both wine and winex have the features
that are in rewind... and more.

rewind is at the moment mainly used for something
you might call "patch trading"

that leaves us one last question.. wine or wineX

if you want to play games, try wineX
because it has much better directX support.
wineX also has the best copy protection code.

if you want to run things like office ( word, powerpoint etc )
or internet explorer and outlouk.
you should take a look at www.codeweavers.com
they have a product that is called CrossOffice.

if you want to develop wine code, or just want to have a good
time in the open-source world.
you would want use wine ( www.winehq.org )

But this is just my point of view.
so... just test them all, and judge yourself.
