I've never seen it happen to bison, but a Wine build stresses the
cpu/memory hardware enough that if there is any transient fault in the
memory system it will segment fault, usually in gcc.  A consistent
segment fault that happens always at the exact same place is usually
software, but if you rerun "make" and it gets further, look into your
hardware.
