We are happy to announce the birth of kīpuka, a new magazine dedicated to
volcanoes (in French)!

kīpuka is a quarterly popular science magazine intended for volcano
enthusiasts. It focuses on volcanoes through several angles: geology of
course, but also history, archeology, biology, arts, etc. More information
can be found online at https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.kipuka.fr__;!!IKRxdwAv5BmarQ!ZnBlcJKR02mkMqF-DKzM67FruQBIj1httwqvSROyw3WdOz5FP13hILNfdHlscrzpOWJQ_Qy1ILDWCWgT$

Members of the broad volcanology community are welcomed to send their press
releases and new researches to contact@xxxxxxxxx, and the magazine may
write about it depending on editorial policy and available space.

Thank you for welcoming this project which aims at reducing the gap between
volcano science and society!
