We seek a talented scientist and educator with the capacity for excellence in teaching and mentoring, including creative approaches for enhancing student learning, engaging undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds in research, and promoting their academic success. The successful candidate is expected to assist with the development, coordination, assessment, and day-to-day management of our undergraduate program in the Earth Sciences, including academic advising, research experiences, outreach, recruitment and retention, and career development and planning. They will produce scholarly work to present at professional meetings and/or in peer-reviewed publications on assessment activities, Geoscience Education research, and/or Earth Science research.
