The duties include proposing and chairing scientific sessions in major international conferences (e.g., European Geosciences Union, International Sedimentology Congress, IAVCEI meetings among others) and to organize relevant activities, including webinars, special issues, or workshops, to progress the commissionâ??s objectives.
