Please share with interested colleagues. ******************* *Part-Time Administrative Faculty JOB DESCRIPTION* Reporting to the GE Department Head, this part-time (50%) position exists to help the Department of Geology and Geological Engineering to grow its Professional Master (PM) and non- thesis Master (NTS) programs. This position will collaborate closely with the tenured faculty managing these programs and the faculty delivering courses in the respective programs. This position provides communications with prospective students, students who have applied, and admitted students. This position will also need to communicate with companies and sponsors. This position will refine and continue to implement the marketing strategy for the PM NTS programs and will update electronic and print publications that can be distributed to prospective students and sponsors. The person holding this position will be responsible for the supervision of students in the PM NTS programs, including the supervision of independent studies and the set-up of summer internships. The position will help with organization of related short and modular courses.
