The successful candidate will be expected to develop an externally funded research program, mentor graduate students, and teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in GIS. The successful candidateâ??s area of specialty will complement existing school strengths in geography, environmental science, and geology, which include GIScience, health, transportation, natural hazards, water, quantitative literacy, and geocomputation.
