The focus is to design program that can supply consistent, reliable observations of eruption parameters and sampling of eruption products on fine temporal and spatial scales to enhance physics-based models of eruption and conduit dynamics. This workshop will consist of open discussion of the physical volcanology methods, approaches, and data sets needed to achieve this goal and is part of the CONVERSE Research Coordination Network project.
