Dear colleagues,

We would like to invite you to the 10th bi-annual workshop on Japan-Kamchatka-Alaska Subduction Processes (JKASP-2018), which will be held in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Russia during August 21-24, 2018. It is a great opportunity to discuss recent findings and monitoring status of subduction-related processes of the Northern Pacifica. The scientific program will include interdisciplinary oral and poster sessions, as well as field excursions to Mutnovsky, Gorely, Avachinsky, and Karymsky Volcanoes.

The workshop will be preceded by our annual International Volcanological Field School. Additional information can be found in the first circular at http://www.kscnet.ru/ivs/eng/. Registration and abstract submission information will be announced in the second circular, which will be released in late January. Please send a short message to Oxana Evdokimova (evdokimova@xxxxxxxxx), if you are interested in receiving updates on the JKASP-2018.

Best regards,

Evgenii Gordeev, Hiroaki Takahashi, and Pavel Izbekov
