Dear All,

PubVolc has now been running for nine years. During this time 4,600 articles have been uploaded, 11,000 reprint requests have been facilitated, and the site has clocked up 260,000 page views from 150 countries.

The service runs smoothly thanks to the work of the moderators. Since May 2016, this job has been done effectively and efficiently by Tom Jones, a PhD student at Durham University, UK. Tom is now stepping aside and Jason Coumans (a postdoc at Durham) will take over. I would like to thank Tom very much for his hard work in the service of the volcanology community this last year.

Best wishes,

Ed Llewellin.
