We are pleased to invite you to submit your contribution to the co-organized
session:
GI1.4/GMPV5.4/NH6.12/SM5.6
New frontiers of multi-platform surveillance networks for monitoring seismic,
volcanic and slope instability regions
The aim of this session is to collect studies focused on the development of
new techniques and integrated instrumentation for monitoring high natural risk
areas, such as: volcanic, seismic and landslide. Welcome are contributions
derived from several disciplines, such as applied geophysics, seismology,
geodesy, geochemistry, remote sensing, volcanology, geotechnical and soil
science. A special reference is devoted to their integration through the use
of GeoWeb platforms and the management of visualization and analysis of
Multiparametric databases acquired by different sources.
Convener:
Pietro Tizzani (CNR –IREA) (tizzani.p@xxxxxxxxxxx)
Co-Conveners:
Francesca Bianco (INGV-Osservatorio Vesuviano) (francesca.bianco@xxxxxxx),
Nemesio M. Pérez (Instituto Volcanológico de Canarias) (nperez@xxxxxxx),
D'Auria Luca (Instituto Volcanológico de Canarias) (luca.dauria@xxxxxxx),
Susi Pepe (CNR –IREA) (pepe.s@xxxxxxxxxxx)
Please consider submitting your abstract to our session.
The deadline for abstract submission is 11 Jan 2017, 13:00 CET

Financial support: Scientists who wish to apply for financial support must be
the contact author, as well as the first and presenting author of their
contribution, and they must submit an abstract by 1 December 2016. The EGU
support selection committee will decide about awarding support to individual
contributions by 22 December 2016. All applicants will be informed after the
decision. Note that a limited amount of the overall budget of the conference
is reserved to assist early career scientists in attending the conference.
