Dear Colleagues,

 

The British Geological Survey announces the posting of two new job opportunities in volcanology.  One of the posts is a permanent research position with emphasis on the use of statistical methods in volcanology  (£26,715 per annum to £30,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience), the other post is fixed term for 12 months and will focus on support for activities related to the Global Volcano Model network (£26,715 per annum to £30,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience). Research at BGS focuses on both geoscience for the needs of society and research to understand earth and environmental processes.
