Dear friends and colleagues,
We would like to invite you to our annual field trips at active volcanoes of Alaska and Kamchatka. In addition to our traditional trips to Katmai and Mutnovsky/Gorely, there is an opportunity to visit Karymsky Volcano in Kamchatka. The trips are scheduled for the following dates.
Katmai, Alaska: June 15-28, 2014
Karymsky, Kamchatka: July 12-26, 2014
Mutnovsky/Gorely, Kamchatka: July 27 – August 9, 2014
The trips are best suited for graduate and undergraduate students interested in volcanology and prepared for strenuous field works in harsh environment. Detailed information and application forms are available at
