NEMOH – two PhD positions in volcano geophysics at University of Iceland, Reykjavík

Dear Colleagues
We seek highly motivated candidates with a background in geophysics or related fields for a three-year period to fill two PhD project positions at the Institute of Earth Sciences, University of Iceland, within the framework of the FP7 Marie Curie Initial Training Network “NEMOH: Numerical, Experimental and Stochastic Modelling of Volcanic Processes and Hazard: an Initial Training Network for the next generation of European Volcanologists” (www.nemoh-itn.eu). Two years will be funded by NEMOH and one year from other sources.
The projects are on deformation and heat flow at volcanoes:
