I am looking to work with volcanic risk model(s) for my Master’s thesis. In order to validate a model, I will need a high resolution DEM and, if available, LiDAR data of a volcanic area before and after an eruption so that I may use the model to simulate an eruption that actually occurred. By doing this I can use the before and after data to determine how accurately the model replicates the extent of the eruption and if the model is valid.
