Dear colleagues,
An international team just completed a broad geophysical field
campaign on Santiaguito volcano, Guatemala. Details of the effort are
recorded on our blog:

The team included professors, students, and other scientists from New
Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, University of North
Carolina Chapel Hill, Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia
(INGV) Roma and Catania, Ludwigs Maximillian University (LMU) Munich,
Arizona State University, The Smithsonian Institution, and Instituto
Nacional de Sismologia, Vulcanologia, Meteorologia e Hidrologia
(INSIVUMEH) Guatemala. This was a joint geophysical experiment
combining deployments of seismic and infrasound arrays, tilt meters,
photogrammetry, and high speed videography above and below the active
dome.
We hope you enjoy the online account of this project, and continue to

and findings.
