Icelandic volcano clarification request

Colleagues,
I was hoping that some one from Iceland can clarify the correct name and pronunciation of the
volcano responsible for the recent eruptions in Iceland. I will need to talk about this in class next
semester, and I want to get it right.
I have seen Eyjafjoell, Eyjafjallajokul, and Eyjafjallajokull, but it hasn't been clear which is the
volcano and/or which is the glacier.
