Dear all,

I have posted new photos taken during several recent expeditions to Krakatau showing Anak's activity between June and September this year, varying from near continuous, mild strombolian activity to powerful vulcanian blasts with eruption lightnings and ash emission. In particular, we're proud to post a spectacular series illustrating the mechanism and evolution of a single powerful vulcanian blast.
